Do you include billing information with the shipment?

We can include a Tax Invoice with each shipment, however, you can request a Tax Invoice to be sent to an alternate email address if you are having the coffee shipped directly to someone else (say as a gift) and do not wish to have them receive the invoice details.

How do you ship your coffee?

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Do I have to apply the custom labels myself?

No, we produce the custom labels inhouse and will attach them to your coffee prior to shipment.

What are the image requirements if I want to upload a picture or design to my custom label?

For the best results we recommend using an image or picture that is greater than 300 pixels high by 300 pixels wide. Don't worry, we will warn you if you upload a picture below this resolution.

What is your return policy?

It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that all aspects of their order are correct before the purchase is complete. We stand by our coffee and we want you to be happy with your purchase or gift order for others.
